Dr. Ives believes in the inherent right of every individual to feel at ease in their own skin and to show the world the best version of themselves.
Dr. Graham Ives completed his Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery residency at the University of Southern California followed by a specialized fellowship in Facial Plastic Surgery at the Lasky Clinic in Beverly Hills, some of the top training programs in the country. Prior to this, he attended the University of Michigan Medical School, where he graduated at the top of his class with honors. Dr. Ives performs aesthetic surgery of the face and body, as well as gender affirming surgery of the face, chest, and body.
In addition to his surgical practice, Dr. Ives serves as resident teaching faculty for the USC Plastic Surgery Residency Program, where he helps train the next generation of plastic surgeons.
Kylie Tanabe is a nationally certified surgical PA, global health equity leader, and innovative systems thinker whose work reimagines plastic surgery as a space for authenticity, advocacy, and intentional healing. She holds a Master of Public Health from Yale and brings more than a decade of experience at Cedars-Sinai, where she led advanced practice providers and pioneered innovative care pathways at one of the country’s most prestigious hospital systems.
As co-founder of a global nonprofit that utilizes technology to advance surgical mentorship in underserved regions, Kylie has built programs that expand access to care and strengthen health systems around the world. That same vision now shapes IvesMD, where luxury is defined as equity, and concierge care is rooted in whole person healing.
Her leadership blends surgical precision with holistic recovery, advocacy with innovation, and compassion with clarity. For every patient, cisgender and gender diverse alike, Kylie creates a safe and affirming space where healing is data driven, emotional, and deeply personal.
